Dawn Knox (License Number 10008879 – REAA 2008) has been in the property industry for approximately 25 years and during this time she has consistently been in the top 20% of successful salespeople. This has been mainly due to Dawn’s ability to listen to her clients and to work hard to achieve the results her clients want.

For the last 12 years Dawn has specialized in investment property but she has not neglected meeting the needs of owner occupiers and first home buyers, many of whom Dawn has helped into their homes.

Dawn has also had many years experience in the Australian property market and can assist her clients on how to buy wisely and safely within Australia. Although she works mainly in the South East Queensland area, Dawn has access to property in all states of Australia.

She is also an active Property Investor herself both in New Zealand and Australia

Howard Sidnam  - Director of Project Development

Howard Sidnam is a graduate of the University of Auckland with a Degree in Accounting and Marketing. He has spent 19 years in the property sector, the last 15 of which he has specialised in the Project Development of various residential projects, mixed use developments and subdivisions for various clients and developers. Howard in recent times has focused on the offshore markets for marketing locally based projects. To date he has been involved in over $300m of settled development sales.
